Accessibility Statement
Last updated 7 August 2026
Ossyntra is committed to making the Ossyntra platform usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across the platform. Accessibility is reviewed as part of our normal design and engineering work rather than as a one-off audit.
What we have implemented
- Full keyboard navigation, including a command palette for jumping between modules without a mouse.
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings and form labels so screen readers can announce structure correctly.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls and descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Light and dark themes designed to meet AA contrast ratios for body text and interface elements.
- Visible focus indicators, and layouts that reflow for mobile screens and browser zoom up to 200%.
Known limitations
Some dense data tables and charts remain difficult to interpret with a screen reader alone. Where a chart is shown, the same figures are available in tabular form. We are continuing to improve these areas.
Reporting a barrier
If you encounter something you cannot access, email hello@ossyntra.com with the page and what happened. We acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and will work with you on an alternative way to complete the task in the meantime.
