Cookie Policy
Last updated 7 August 2026
Ossyntra uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage technologies to keep you signed in, protect your workspace and understand how the platform is used.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use equivalent technologies such as local storage and session storage, which work the same way for the purposes described below.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary — authentication tokens, session identifiers and security tokens that keep you signed in and protect against request forgery. The platform cannot function without these.
- Preferences — your theme choice (light or dark) and interface settings, so the platform looks the same each time you return.
- Analytics — aggregated, privacy-respecting usage measurement such as page views and visit counts. These help us improve the product and are never used to build advertising profiles.
- Payments — our merchant of record, Paddle, sets cookies during checkout to process the transaction and prevent fraud.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or sell any information collected through cookies to third parties.
Managing cookies
Every major browser lets you view, block or delete cookies from its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will sign you out and prevent the platform from working. You can clear preference and analytics storage at any time without losing access to your workspace data.
